A house manager is designated for a period of 6 months.
She/he will be your contact person within the house and will be responsible for a smooth co-living!
When moving in, you will received an « inventory » xlfile to fill out and send back to us within the 7 days of your moving in. This filled document and pictures will serve as a reference when leaving the house.

Unfortunately not as you have been carefully chosen among many many candidates to make sure the experience at Urban Teepee is unique and of quality.
Your friends are welcome at Urban Teepee. To make everyone confortable, this has to be agreed by all teepeers and for no more than 3 days per month.
Also, though it is obvious, all rooms are single and no one else can be living in your room.
Of course! Make sure you do it on the terrasse, in the garden and that it does not disturb anyone!
No smoking inside though.
